This example above is a hypothetical projection of four projects, all to be released to the shop and completed at the same time. Using a crew of 26 direct labor workers offering a maximum of 975 hours per week (at 37.5 hours per worker), we can see where the labor hours will run thin and heavy over the course of these 14 weeks. Some creative management will need to be applied to get all this work done by the first of October. This sheet is designed to help project management prevent overtime or other 'Crisis Management' issues.
